Kept me up to date every step of the way with the progress of the chart. I have recently sent them two photos and stipulated the time I needed to do them in. Within two weeks I have received my charts and am starting on the one of the dog straight way. Kevin at KC Cross Stitch knew I was anxious to start this first and emailed me the colours I required before sending me the chart by airmail. Very prompt service. The last time I used this company was approximately two years ago. Excellent service and will use again.
