Please enter your chart requirements and submit your scanned image or digital photograph in JPEG graphic file format.
On receipt of your image we will examine its suitability for conversion to a pattern. Where acceptable we will request payment via PayPal.
In accordance with our copyright policy you must certify that the image is your own and is not subject to copyright or intellectual property laws of any kind.
