At KC Cross Stitch we continually aim to produce high quality needlework charts from photographs, artwork or digital photos.
We have spent many years perfecting our craft using professional needlework design software, digital photography and image enhancement packages.
We have also developed our own quality control processes to ensure we achieve the best possible results for cross stitch and tapestry lovers.
However, if on examining your chart you consider there is a fault then please inform us via phone or email. We will examine your pattern file and if a fault is identified, we will refund your money on the return of your chart.
Alternatively if an error is easily correctable we can send you a replacement chart. If you are happy with your pattern then please tell the world. If you are unhappy then please tell us and we will aim to put the matter right.
