I damaged my pattern. Can I get a replacement page?
We advise customers to make a copy of their chart to protect against this happening. However, we do keep a copy in our archive for up to six months just in case of circumstances like this occuring. If you require a replacement page then we can email this to you in Adobe Acrobat PDF format at no charge.
Will I receive a list of the threads or floss required?
Yes of course! Each counted cross stitch chart comes complete with a color coded graph, symbols chart and a thread length chart showing you the approximate thread lengths required.
Are your patterns computer generated?
Absolutely! Needlework design software has now come of age and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. You could never achieve the same quality results using traditional and conventional methods.
We use state-of-the-art needlework design software; photographic scanning and digital photography combined with professional photo editing packages to achieve the optimum results for discerning needlework customers around the world.
Can we send you an old photograph for conversion?
You can send any photograph or studio photo to us for conversion. We will scan your photo and return it to you with your order. Whilst we will take great care of your photograph, accidents do happen and sometimes things do go missing in the post. As such we can accept no responsibilty for this. We therefore recommend that you have a spare copy just in case.
Are your patterns suitable for beginners?
Patterns created from photographs are best suited to experienced stitchers due to the number of colours in the design. They are ideal for the discerning cross stitch or tapestry enthusiast who wants something that is unique, personal and different from conventional patterns available in normal retail stores and needlework shops.
Do photo patterns require backstitching?
No backstitching is not necessary. Most patterns are three dimensional and look like true replicas of original photographs when fully stitched.
Do you supply full kits?
No! These is no demand for this service and producing individual kits would be very time consuming and make our patterns expensive. Currently we mainly cater for experienced cross stitch or tapestry lovers who already have their own cotton, thread, floss or tapestry wool collections.
