We accept personal images and digital photographs only. Due to copyright laws we are unable to use any picture or image that has been scanned from a book, magazine, calendar, postcard, web site or any other printed source. The only exception is where we have full written permission from the copyright holder.
To use our customised services you must certify that any picture, scanned image or digital photo is your own and is not subject to copyright or intellectual property rights of any kind. All patterns created by KC Cross Stitch are for personal use and not for resale or commercial distribution.
Whilst you are permitted to make copies of your chart for personal reasons, all patterns remain copyright to KC Cross Stitch. We reserve the right to decline an order that we believe contravenes our copyright policy.
